You have to admit, doing CfaM as a group was a lot of fun! Definitely more fun than doing it by yourself!

We have a place near us called Super Suppers that does the same thing as your place. While we enjoy the convenience of not having to shop and cook and cut and cleanup, the recipes are not nearly as good as CfoM or the things we’ve done on our own.

For serious cookers, there is a book called Mega Cooking by Jill Bond that we have gotten a lot of good ideas from although, again, the recipes aren’t that great.

My favorite memory of CfoM with you guys was when you and Sarah decided to divide and conquer the shopping. You sent Doug and I to Sam’s Club with a shopping list for the bulkier things. Since this was precellphone days, we were on our own! We were told to get “Large Parmesan Cheese”. The choices at Sam’s were a container about 50% larger than what you’d get at a regular grocery store and a 2 or 3 pound container. After conversing with a female shopping on the isle with us, we opted for the larger of the two. I think Sarah and I ate and gave away paremsan cheese for 4-5 years!
